We charge a 2.5% platform fee on all paid transactions processed through Paddock Control. Payment processing fees from your chosen provider (Stripe or PayPal) are passed through separately at their standard rates, which include a percentage plus a small fixed fee per transaction.

What does the 2.5% platform fee apply to?
The 2.5% fee applies to all paid transactions processed through Paddock Control - membership payments, event entry fees, and paid spectator tickets. Free or complimentary tickets are not charged.
What payment processing fees apply?
You choose your payment provider - Stripe or PayPal. Their standard processing fees (a percentage plus a small fixed fee per transaction) are passed through separately from our 2.5% platform fee.
Can I add or remove add-ons at any time?
Yes. Add-ons can be enabled or disabled from your admin dashboard at any time.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Month-to-month billing. Cancel any time.
What's included in the white-label portal?
Your organisation's branding, colours, and custom domain. Every plan includes full theming at no extra cost.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export all member and event data at any time. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
Can members or entries be added outside the platform?
The base plan requires all members and entries to be processed through Paddock Control. If you need API access to integrate with external systems, our bespoke plan includes REST APIs and inbound webhooks.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No. The pricing is £30 per month plus 2.5% on paid transactions. There are no setup fees, no training fees, no per-member fees, and no charges for features included in the base plan. Payment processor fees from Stripe or PayPal are passed through at their published standard rates.
Is it cost-effective compared to doing things manually?
