About Paddock Control Online Payments

Paddock Control integrates with Stripe and PayPal to accept membership fees and event entry payments online. All payments include 3D Secure authentication and PCI DSS compliance, with automatic receipts emailed to members.

A real-time payment dashboard shows total revenue, outstanding balances, and overdue accounts. Every payment is automatically linked to the correct member and invoice, eliminating manual reconciliation. The platform charges a 2.5% transaction fee on paid transactions, plus the payment provider's standard processing fees.

Configurable overdue payment reminders are sent automatically. Refunds can be processed directly from the admin dashboard, and the complete transaction history is exportable to CSV for accounting purposes.
