About Paddock Control Membership Management
Paddock Control's membership management module supports unlimited membership tiers with custom pricing, automatic pro-rata calculations for mid-year joins, and configurable renewal periods including annual, monthly, or custom schedules.
Club administrators define custom fields with validation for collecting licence numbers, emergency contacts, vehicle details, and medical certificates. Members enter their own data through a self-service portal, with automatic expiry tracking for licences and certificates.
Automated renewal reminders are sent at configurable intervals (typically 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry). A live pipeline view shows who has renewed, who hasn't, and who has lapsed. The built-in form builder lets clubs create different application forms per membership type with drag-and-drop sections.
