About Paddock Control Communications
Paddock Control's communications module provides targeted bulk email with automatic list management. Administrators send to membership types, event entrants, or custom lists with delivery tracking, open rates, click-through rates, and automatic bounce handling.
The digital magazine feature lets clubs publish rich content directly in the member portal, combining event reports, photos, committee updates, and sponsor features. Members are notified by email when a new issue is published, and past issues remain accessible in an archive.
A drag-and-drop email template editor applies the club's branding, logo, and colours to every email. Templates are reusable for common communications including renewal reminders, event confirmations, and newsletters, with desktop and mobile preview before sending.
