About Paddock Control Administration & Reporting
Paddock Control provides role-based access control with custom roles for every committee position. Each user sees only the tools relevant to their role, with optional two-factor authentication and view-only access for auditors.
Every action in the system is recorded in an immutable, timestamped audit trail including membership approvals, payments, event changes, and permission updates. Audit records are filterable by user, action type, or date range, and exportable for insurance or legal purposes.
The custom report builder uses drag-and-drop column selection with filters, grouping, and sorting on any field. Reports can be saved, scheduled to run automatically, and exported to CSV or Excel. Automation workflows handle renewal reminders, lapsed member follow-ups, event confirmations, and welcome emails with configurable triggers and multi-step conditions.
